Balti is a traditional dish with roots in the Ballistan region of Pakistan. At Princess of India, our Balti dishes are crafted by our very own executive chef, ensuring authentic flavours with no imitations. Our Balti dishes are prepared using whole spices rather than pre-ground ones, resulting in a richer and more aromatic flavour. You can enjoy them prepared to your preferred strength: medium, Madras, Vindaloo, or Phal. For added variety, you can choose to have your Balti prepared with a vegetable of your choice, including bhindi (okra), brinjal (aubergine), saag (spinach), alloo (potatoes), or gobi (cauliflower). The chef highly recommends pairing these dishes with Pilau Rice, Veg Fried Rice, Special Fried Rice, Peshwari Naan or Garlic Naan for a complete and satisfying meal.
